WRKO 50th Anniversary Radio Reunion DVD Set

At the beginning of June 2017, WRKO relived and remembered its glory days as one of Massachusetts’ most successful top-40 stations with a 50th anniversary reunion in Boston organized by former program director Mel Phillips. Legions of ‘RKO personalities reminisced both off and ON the air.

“Radio’s Best Friend” Art Vuolo, Jr. was there to capture the magic, producing a double-DVD set to commemorate the historic event.

Five dollars from each DVD purchase will go to the Broadcasters Foundation of America, which provides financial assistance to retired radio and TV professionals.
